Team Sail.
We were asked to build a great team through the medium of sailing, navigating and racing a yacht.
The original proposal:
"Team Sail is a challenging, physical and incredibly rewarding sailing based team building programme which adventurous teams can enjoy under the watchful eye of our commercially endorsed training skippers.
Our Team Sailing experience includes all catering and refreshments on board the vessel. If you don't want to eat on board then why not moor up at Cowes for a traditional pub lunch?
EML's UK based Team Sailing is based out of Port Hamble Marina, Hamble, Southampton, UK. We have plenty of parking on site. Just 15 minutes by taxi is Southampton Parkway or Southampton Central which in turn are 75 minutes from central London on the fast train.
Team Sailing is a team build that can be run over a single day on the water or can be run over a multiple day programme culminating in a yacht race against a rival crew or a time trial. Routes include: Southampton to the Isle of Wight, along the South Coast of England, the Channel Islands, or Southampton to Cherbourg, France."

The Activity Cost for Team Sail is charged on a per boat basis with each boat rated for 7 delegates plus the Skipper.
