- Adopt a simple management practice in order to manage time effectively
- Explain the value of and how to conduct 1-2-1 sessions
- Explain and be able to bring the organisation’s values to life with their team
- Develop their own best practice approach to holding both informal and formal performance related conversations
- Confidently challenge poor performance and/or behaviours informally, on-the-spot
- Understand Kotter’s 8 step change model and what is needed to progress people through change
